Testing

 

Every tires in our manufacturers must be tested according to our procedures. Testing procedures are such
1. Drum Test

The measurement is a test where the tire is automatically mounted on wheel halves, inflated, run against a simulated road surface, and measured for force variation

2. Plunger Test

The measurement is a test where the tire is plunged and make sure the tire is stuck to the mould.

3. Test Balance

Tire balance measurement is a test where the tire is automatically placed on wheel halves, rotated at a high speed and measured for imbalance After testing is completed and has the standard and qualified result, tire will be proceeded for the packaging and storaged at our warehouses and later on delivered to customers.
